If you would like to have a firearm transferred to one of our locations we would be happy to assist!
HOW IT WORKS:
- Have the seller email us a copy of their Federal Firearms License.
- Once your item arrives we need time to receive your item into our system. Please DO NOT show up until you have received a call that your item is ready to be picked up.
- The cost of the background check and transfer fee is $30.00 per firearm. Please pay in cash.
- Please allow at least 30 minutes to complete the transfer. On occasion this process will take longer due to delays with FDLE.
Note: If the background check is delayed for any reason you must wait for approval no matter how long it takes for the result to come back to us.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be a Florida Resident with valid State ID.
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must pass the federal background check (4473).
- If you do not have a valid Florida CWP you must wait the required waiting period which is 5 business days in Broward County and 3 business days in Polk County.
- If your current address is different from what is shown on your Florida State ID you will be required to present another form of address verification from a government agency.
Note: If you are denied on your background check, you are responsible for all return efforts and shipping cost in both directions. Transfer fees are required and non-refundable.
